Default BC Ferry Bumps Dock

A small number of p***engers suffered minor injuries, two hospitalized, when the BC ferry QUEEN OF CHILLIWALK suffered a power failure and struck the dock at 2 knots at Port Hardy on Vancouver Island. Services between Part Hardy and Bella Coola were cancelled after the 8:45pm incident. The cause of the incident is under investigation by B.C. Ferries, Transport Canada and the Transportation Safety Board.
